We are registered under the Data Protection Act and can hold a copy of your data at your request for your back up purposes and disaster recovery.
We are also able to use your data with our integrated mailing and email services to manage customer service and targeted marketing campaigns on your behalf. Our service will provide management information to enable ongoing control of your strategy.

Able Types offers a valuable service to a number of clubs and societies, for whom we can design the membership forms, manage the administration of subscription accounts, and send out newsletters, renewal invitations and other mailings. For example, for many years Able Types has handled the membership administration for a sub-section of a professional collegiate. We maintain their membership database and deal with any enquiries. All this is done within the principles of the Data Protection Act. We process all applications, acknowledge receipt of fees, bank those fees for the organization and each year send out renewal reminders.
